Maintenance of a computing system can be said to be largely dependent on the availability of human resources in the field of computer technology that has the ability that fits the needs and complexity of the system they have.

The best alternative if the company does not want to be bothered with problems in the field of computing that is only considered as areas of support is to establish a maintenance contract with a company that is competent in the field of computer technology.

PROMITMEN offers services and solutions in the field of computing when a company does not want the additional computing budget. All services can be provided locally at the customer site or remotely via remote computer administration software.

Our Technical Maintenance Services Are:

On Call Service
  • Service on call for days and hours (Monday - Friday from 08:30 to 17:00 WIB).
  • Providing services On Call Service if Customer requires a helpdesk service and instantly create a PO, that moment we begin to give Technical Support On Call service.
  • Providing Service Free Phone Service (Free phone support) where customers can use the facilities of phone support in our Support Center. Technical Support we will guide you to check the devices and networks to shorten the time of the problem.

On Site Technical Support
  • Technical Support We will provide service in accordance with the applicable contract.
  • Providing consulting services computing problems / IT, among others, relating to the network, operations, or other problems with the professionals who care and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Providing services in the User Level and System Level.
  • Providing services in the system documentation.

Type of Maintenance

System Optimization
Doing defragmentation data and dispose of "garbage" that existed on the computer, as well as fix the error settings so that the computer can run normally.

System Rebuild
Build and reorganize the broken system by a factor of chance, for the system to work normally again.

Anti Virus Update & Virus Cleaning
Perform the update anti-virus definition files so that existing anti-virus can protect computers from virus attacks, both old and new viruses, and also perform virus scanning and cleaning.

System Back-up
Make a copy / copies of important data on a computer enterprise user and the server to the backup storage (external disk / tape backup / and others) on a regular basis.

System Upgrade
Add functionality, update existing systems according to customer requirements, and conduct stability testing for hardware and software.

Basic Networking
Rearrange the network system, printer sharing and shared access to data files from one PC to another PC, making it easier in terms of employment.

Time Frame

In the implementation of on-site maintenance, PROMITMEN will send a technician staff numbered 1 (one) or more to the customer to do his job. Maintenance work is carried out according to the schedule set forth an employment contract or adjusted to allow time for potential customers (except Public Holidays will be replaced another day).

If there is a maintenance schedule for implementing the national holiday, it will be replaced the other day on weekdays, except for certain cases that are urgent (emergency).

Scheduled maintenance work going on for once / a few times a week / month / year (according to the employment contract) and each visit takes jobs for ± 2-5 hours. The number of visits specified in the employment contract agreed.

Contract Period

Maintenance contract period of at least 1 (one) year.
